50th Birthday - Pool!

Hi there!  Hope your day is going great!  Today, I have a fun 50th Birthday card.  The gal I gave this to is such a beautiful lady.  She is a personal trainer and a swimming coach.  Hence, the bird in the pool!

This was a fun one to make.  I used vellum for the water.  The bird is from 3 Birds on Parade.  I used my Cricut machine and Design Space of course.  The 3D foam tape, pops up the bird and the sign at the top of the card.  The inside of the card says "on your Birthday!"

Hey!  I hope you enjoyed it!  Have a blessed day!

Firehouse Dalmation Pup - Birthday Card!

I really liked making this card.  There was a little more time put into this than most, but it turned out great! - don't you think?

This particular card was made for a 4 year old.  He loves firetrucks and everything that goes with it.  Last year I made him a card with a firetruck on it, so I couldn't do that again.  :)

Here is some of what was used, to make this card...
Cricut Explore & Design space
Sand Paper
3D Foam Tape
Create A Critter Cartridge - Pup
Cricut Font & Basic Shapes
Advanced Tape Glider
Paper Dolls For Everyday - Last years card

Here is the card I made him last year...

Happy Trails! - Engagement card

Howdy!  Today, I have an engagement card, for my nephew and his fiance.  This is the type of thing I like best.  Very specific and unique to the person it is for.

She comes from a ranch and he is into gaming and skateboarding.  I wanted that to be reflected in the card.  I seen the picture of the actual proposal, so I tried to capture that as well.

** I will be compensated if you make a purchase after clicking through my links.

I will let you guess as to which one I went with! ;)  - Hint: I went with what my sister liked best!  ;)

Here are some of the supplies I used...

Thank you for the Zucchini!

Good day to you all.  I hope your day is wonderful!
Today, I have a fun card, that was made for a couple that had given us a zucchini.  We had made Zucchini Fries and they wanted the recipe.  I wanted to thank them for the zucchini anyway, so I made them this card...

I embossed over the fry tips and top of card for effect, to show the texture of the crumbs :)
I also used a little foam tape on the top, between the sets of fries, to separate them a little.  glued the bottom together, so it is tapered.

Ice Cream Thanks!

I used Gold Sequins, Gold Shimmer Trim, 3D Foam Tape & Variety of Thanks Stamp Set.
The sundae was made in Cricut Design Space with the From My Kitchen Cartridge

It was a wonderful reunion!  Here is a photo in front of the ice cream shop...

Crayon Thanks

Recently, I was at a family reunion.  One of my cousins was nice enough to bring books & crayons for all of the kids.  It was such a thoughtful gesture so, I sent her this card as a thanks.

She is such a sweet person.  I loved seeing her and catching up.

Purple & blue are my sons favorite colors so, why not make that known on the card?- Locker Talk is where the crayons come from.
Gold sequins, 3D foam tape, Cranberry Ink & Variety of Thanks Stamp set were also used.

Thanks for stopping!  Have a blessed day!

Welcome!  If you have come from Marg's blog, you are in the right place!  She always has something awesome and I cannot wait to see it myself!

Here it is!  My first shot at this months SOTM...

I only used two stamps from this set, but I used three inks: Barn Red, Cocoa & Juniper.  I started out with Colonial White cardstock and a small piece of Juniper.  I cut a PML card out of Jackson Paper from the Artfully Sent Cartridge.  Finished it off with the Edge Distresser, Liquid Glass and 3D Foam Tape.

Hope you enjoyed it!  Now you are off to see Shelly's beautiful artwork!
