Jackson Notebooks!

Hi everyone!  I hope you are having a blessed day!
So, I have had these notebooks, for what seems like forever - my church has a camp coming up, for 1st through 5th graders & I have Jackson paper that I would like to use up!  What does one do...?  Make notebooks they can give away at camp!

I made these four for the boys and in the next post, I will show you the four that I made for the girls!
This Look To The Light stamp set is awesome!!!  I will be using it a lot!

Don't forget, God loves you & Jesus is Lord!  Thanks for stopping by!

Stamp of the Month - Rose Blossom Blog Hop

Welcome!  If you have come from Marg's blog, you are in the right place!  She always has something awesome and I cannot wait to see it myself!

Here it is!  My first shot at this months SOTM...

I only used two stamps from this set, but I used three inks: Barn Red, Cocoa & Juniper.  I started out with Colonial White cardstock and a small piece of Juniper.  I cut a PML card out of Jackson Paper from the Artfully Sent Cartridge.  Finished it off with the Edge Distresser, Liquid Glass and 3D Foam Tape.

Thank you for stopping by!

Hope you enjoyed it!  Now you are off to see Shelly's beautiful artwork!

Jackson Typed Note - Hello Awesome!

Hey everybody!  Today, there are a couple of things that I stole.  Okay, get your finger off the panic button (that is what my husband would say).  Ideas!  I stole a couple of ideas!  :)
One of the ideas is from Morgan Vogt - using just the top part of the typewriter!  I think it is a cool idea.  The other is from Marg Van Patten - cutting a slit in the bottom of the typewriter, so the piece of paper looks like, and is, actually coming out it.

It is mainly just the Jackson Paper Pack. With a few Gold Sequins, Colonial White paper and of course, the Typed Note Stamp of the Month!  A few other products are Cocoa and Black Ink, 3D Foam Tape and the awesome Edge Distresser!

Hope you had fun checking it out!  Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!

Heartstrings Thank You

Hi everyone!  Wow!  It is beautiful here in Minnesota today!  We are over 60 degrees!  I should be outside, but I needed to get this done while my son is napping.  :)
Here is a quick card using the limited time (2 more days), Heartstrings paper.  I used both sides of this piece, plus the border!  The stamp is from the "4 My Friend" Stamp Set.  I used Cranberry and Lagoon inks together and a few Gold Sequins.

Really simple again.  Have an awesome day!

PML Thanks...

Hi everyone!  Well, this had to be a fast card and a fast post.  Remember, I have a two year old!  LOL :)

I used a Babycakes Picture My Life card to make this.  Talk about easy...  I cut it down a little, so it would fit the card.  Other than that I just used the Finding The Words stamp set(D1646)  with Chocolate stamp pad and a few Gold Sequins.  That is all.

We were given a bike for our son, so we wanted to make sure we thanked them!  It is a blessing.  Can't wait for the weather to get nicer.  We can teach him how to ride.  That should be fun!

Have a fantastic day!

The rest of the stamps, are from the Wild Wonders stamp set.

The other side of Hopscotch!

Hi there!  Today, i will be showing a card made with the Hopscotch Paper Pack.  This really seems like a girly paper, but it is more versatile, then one might think.

This could totally be used for a BOY!
Colonial White was used for the base and banner  Flaxen, for a banner and backing for the border edge of the duo paper, as the sentiment.  Edged everything with Indian Corn Blue Ink.

Super simple!  Hope you liked it!  Have a great day!

Rose Blossom Seasonal Expressions Blog Hop

Hi there!  If you have come from I Didn't Have Potatoes, welcome!  Marg had something beautiful, I know!  I can't wait to see it myself!  Welcome!  No matter how you ended up here!

I have actually done a two page layout!  I know!  I am as shocked as you are!  :)
Don't get me wrong, I love to scrapbook!  My terrific two year old, however, takes a lot of my time.

I was determined to use the Hopscotch Paper Pack, to make a BOY layout!!!  Yea, that's right!  A BOY layout!  I believe it has been accomplished!  My sweet boy is in the pictures.  He was pushing a truck, he received from his Grandpa, this last July.

To BOY it up a little more, I used the Fast and Furious (D1541) Stamp Set.  It worked perfectly with my photos. (I actually cannot wait, to use this set a lot more.  I love it!)  The Artbooking Cartridge for the background and the Sunset Chevron Washi Tape, was the perfect compliment, to the patterned paper.

Hope you enjoyed it!  Be blessed!

Now you are off to Shelly's Pretty Piece!  She will have something wonderful!  I will be seeing it soon too.

Seaside Baby Announcement

Hello!  Hope you had a beautiful Christmas!
Here is the baby announcement I promised.  I gave them a few different options for layouts.  This is the one they picked...

This is done using the Artbooking Cricut Cartridge to cut out the giraffe and lion.  Wild Wonders stamp set.  Seaside, Colonial White and Glacier paper.  The inks used are Glacier, Desert Sand, Sorbet and Pear.

You can't forget the 3D Foam Tape!

This is a 5x7 card.  I printed and put all the information, on the backside of the card.  The picture will be wallet size and fits, framed, in the Glacier box.
It was fun making this, but it always is for baby's!

Have a fantastic day!

Pathfinding Glacier Blue Pumpkin

Hope you are having a great day.  It is cold here in Minnesota!  Bright and Sunny though!!!

This 4x6 card was inspired by another Rose Blossom, Lynn.  She made a beautiful card, with a blue pumpkin.  I thought I would try it.

I just used the Pathfinding Workshop On The Go.  The additional elements are Glacier, Chocolate and Autumn Terracotta stamp pads.  Also, the Artbooking Cricut Cartridge, for the pumpkin.

Thanks for stopping by!  Hope you enjoyed it!  Have a blessed day!

Pathfinding 4x6 card

Good day to you all!  Hope this finds you well!  The show this past weekend went well.  That is always a good thing.  Today I have a card that I made from the Pathfinding Workshop on The Go.  Beautiful papers and Stamp set in this pack.

I love the "Smile it's the best day ever" stamp, it is just a great stamp for almost anything!  I stamped it in Autumn Terracotta and used a few embellishing pieces.

That is all I have for now.  Thanks for stopping by.
Have a blessed day!

Yuletide Carol Gift Card Holders

Hi there!  Today is another Gift card holder.  It will be the last one for a while, I promise.  :)

Here I used the Yuletide Carol Paper Pack.  Keep in mind, this is only one of the pieces of paper, from this paper pack.  There are some beautiful bold papers in this pack, which I will be sharing in posts to come.
I thought I would do a little green on green.  Topiary, is the actual name of the ink color and the Stripped Washi Tape.  I used the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge, from Close to My Heart, to cut out the tag, on Colonial White Paper.  Stamp it, a little bling and a little string...and there you go!

Hope you enjoyed the whole run of Gift card holders!  Have a great day!
