50th Birthday - Pool!

Hi there!  Hope your day is going great!  Today, I have a fun 50th Birthday card.  The gal I gave this to is such a beautiful lady.  She is a personal trainer and a swimming coach.  Hence, the bird in the pool!

 

This was a fun one to make.  I used vellum for the water.  The bird is from 3 Birds on Parade.  I used my Cricut machine and Design Space of course.  The 3D foam tape, pops up the bird and the sign at the top of the card.  The inside of the card says "on your Birthday!"

This should go over big, with a kid who likes pirates, right!?  I mean, there is a sword, eye patch and a wooden leg!  What is not to love!  :)

Hot Cocoa Gift Jar...

Hi there!  Hope your day is wonderful!

Today, I have a jar of homemade hot chocolate with marshmallows.  I actually never intended to put the marshmallows in the jar, but I didn't have enough hot chocolate - I needed a filler!

It actually looks better with the marshmallows, so it was for the best all around!  :)

 I would give you the recipe for the hot chocolate, but I lost it!  You  know, some days you have a tendency to wonder about yourself!  Ha Ha!

 I thought the jar turned out cute.  I used the Savory Cartridge for the cup and spoon and the cute little marshmallows are from the 3 Birds On Parade Cartridge!  I used these cartridges on Cricut Design Space with my Explore Machine.
