Lil' Monster - 2nd Birthay Card!

Hope you are having a wonderful day!  It is very close to Thanksgiving, are you ready for it? 😋

This post isn't about Thanksgiving, at least not in the traditional sense.  I am thankful for my Nephew - it is his 2nd birthday today!  When the idea, of this card came to me, I got a big smile on my face! 😃

I am actually not into monsters for children.  Actually, I am not into monsters for anyone.  However, for his first birthday, they threw a little monster party.  So for them, I thought it might be okay.

What I did...

I made a square white card, placed black paper down.  I cut the two out of the orange cardstock with my Cricut Explore.  Then I cut out the monster (B is for Boy).  I intertwined the monster and the 2 (Cricut Alphabet), then popped up the orange with the monster.  I took these fun little colored google eyes for his eyes.

I like how it turned out!  I know he really won't, but that is okay! 😃  I hope you enjoyed it though!

Have a blessed day!

Surgery Sucks! - Get Well

** I will be compensated if you make a purchase after clicking through my links

HI!  Hope you are having a fantastic day!  Today I have a couple things...

1. A simple 'get well' card -

These sort of go along with an earlier post I did, with all the Corn Husker stuff!

These are for the recipient of the kidney.  If you saw that post, you know my sister-in-law gave a kidney to her Uncle.  That is who this is for, Uncle John!

2. A 'surgery sucks' jar -

I actually found this idea on pinterest and tweaked it to how I wanted it!  I knew I wanted to use candy and a jar, but the 'surgery sucks' with the tootsie pops, was what I got from pinterest.
What I used to make both of these is...
My Tape Glider
Cricut Explore
Cricut Design Space
Hot Glue Gun
Pop-ups
Indie Art
B is for Boy
Outdoor Man
Tootsie Pops

Hope you likes it!  Have a blessed day!

Happy Birthday - Monkey

Hey there!  Hope you are having a great day!

Today, is another kids birthday card, but with a monkey.  How cute is this little monkey, right!

I used my Explore, Design Space and B is for Boy Cartridge.  I also used a Cloud Embossing Folder, for the background and popped up the monkey, with 3d pop up squares.

Hope you liked it!  Have a beautiful day!
