Asian Dragonfly - Birthday!

Hi there! 
Today, I have a card for one of my best friends! 
She is such a blessing to my life.  I recently found out that she likes dragonfly's, so here we go...

 I  used my Cricut, to cut the dragonfly's, out of the cardstock.  I cut that to fit my card.  Then I took 3D Foam Squares, to pop up that whole front piece.  I also embossed the sentiment - using VersaMark, Crimson Red powder and my heating tool.  I am still getting the hang of embossing!  :)

Asian Dragonfly - Birthday!

Good day to you all!  This card is for my sister.  She is one of the hardest people to make a card for. ;)  (I love you Bren).  It is like I get a great idea, then the execution goes to pot!  This time I think the execution worked out as well!!!  I hope she likes it...

 I used a lot of Pop-ups on this one! :)  The dragonfly's are cut out of Gold & Purple Vellum, from the Pagoda Cartridge.

Dragonfly - Forever Friends

Good day to you!  This card was inspired by a very good friend.  I had just spent a week at her house, scrap-booking, when I found out she likes dragonfly's!

Seriously?  I have known you for over a decade and I just found this out!?  Apparently, my observation skills, need a little tweak!  :)

Anyway, here it is...

I also found out she likes red.  I thought it was purple!  She still does like purple, but she likes red too now!  Oh well, when she received it, she loved it.  That is all that matters!

The dragonfly is from the Cricut Home Decor Cartridge.  Beautiful, isn't it!
