Nurse - Thank You!

Hi there!  Today I have another card made for a client.  This is similar to one I made, for the same client, but for a different nurse!  The heart of this particular client is so big 💗-  it is a pleasure to make cards for them!  Anyway, here is the card...

At first, I was a little concerned about how to make the hair, for the lovely blonde the card is for.  However, I think it turned out great!  The client was more than happy with it -that is really all that matters, isn't it!

Owl with Pencil - Thank You!

This card was made as a 'thank you'.  The gal I gave it to loved it! Yay! - That is always my goal! :)

 The owl and pencil are from the Wild Card 2 Cartridge!  I popped up the pencil, of course. - It definitely calls out school, don't you think?

Hello there!  Hope you are having a great day!

Today, I have a burger!  Yep, just a plain ole burger! :)

The background is glitter paper and the burger is from the Fast Food cartridge, which I did on my Cricut Explore & Design Space.  I also used ShinHan Markers, to add a little something to it.  I also used a little bakers twine and 3D foam squares.

I think I have to figure out, how to make these blogs, a little longer!  What do you think?  Let me know if you have any thoughts on that!

Thank You - Cone!

Hi!  Hope you are having a fantastic day!  Today, I have a really cute "Thank You" card!  I really like the cone - don't you?

I popped the cone up and added some bakers twine, for fun.
Oh, I also used Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers to color the cone!
 

 Who can you thank today?  Just a thought - sometimes we get so caught up in what we are doing, we forget to be thankful.  Ask me how I know!  :)

Hi there!!!  Today I have a bright, sunny day - Thank You!  I had my son's birthday party in June, he was born in January.  It's not fun having parties in the snow!  So, we decided to have them in June.  We had a pool and soak guns, best of all was being outside!!!

 It was bright, sunny and Hot that day, so, I thought this was an appropriate card for a thank you.  The Sun is from the Simply Charmed Cartridge and the Glasses are from the Create a Critter Cartridge.  You know me by now! ;)  There are 3D pop-ups under the Sun.

Thanks - Hand in the Cookie Jar!

Hi there!  Today is really a continuation of the last post.  It is for "Grandma"!

After it was all over, I realized how much she catered to us.  She actually cooked for us that Friday night.  She made this awesome stew with dumplings - YUM!!!  She also had both ginger and peanut butter cookies - WOW!

Pam, (the owner of the house and Grandma's daughter), says that she has cookies ready all the time, just in case someone stops by.

I thought this would be an appropriate card for her!  A cookie jar with a hand going toward it.  I added a little bakers twine, just for that little extra.  I wish I could see her face, when she opens it.

Pam, her husband and Grandma are all such a blessing.  That is what they call their house - The blessing house!

Maybe we can think of some ways, that we could bless someone today.  Sometimes it is as small as a smile, but it makes someones day!

Hello there!  Hope your day is wonderful!!!

Today, I have a thank you card!!!  Can you ever have too many of these?  No!

This was made for a wonderful Lady, who opened up her home to my Girls of Grace group.  She was so gracious as to let us hang out and sleep over.  "Grandma", even made us breakfast in the morning!

There were about 12 of us that stayed the night.  We watched the movie "War Room" in their theater room - ate too much candy and stayed up too late... It was a good time!  If you have never seen this movie, I would highly recommend it!
