Here is a prime example, of letting the paper, do the work for you!  The paper is so bold and wonderful, there is not much else that needs to be done.

I cut out a cute box and stamped it, put a few sequins on, popped up the box & that is about it!
I did use my tape glider, of course, and even used my Explore to cut out the box.
