I really like this card!!! Isn't that Diamond Plate embossing background awesome!
I just hand cut the banners. The circles were cut with my Cricut in Design Space. For a little bit of an extra, I put on a brad, that looks like the head of the screw (either flat head or phillips head). I also popped up the circle with 3D Foam Tape.
