Hello there!  Hope you are having a terrific day!  Today I have a birthday card for my niece.  She is turning 20!  Oh my golly!  Time seems to go by really fast sometimes.  :)

Well,  this is what I did - if you are able to get a really cute paper, there is not much else you have to do.  I did make banners out of three different Sparkle tapes...
